Personal bankers require previous experience or may have been trained in house. A personal banker usually deals with non-business customers and may earn between $30,000 to $60,000 a year. A branch manager oversees all of the banks’ staff and is responsible for internal training and meeting targets set by the area office. This is a full-time position and salaries vary from between $55,000 to $80,000 a year plus bonuses.
